Refurbishment and extension in conservation area
We carried out a complete refurbishment of this charming semi and added a simple modern single storey extension to provide an open plan living area. The extension is built of gault bricks with a sustainable iroko facia and high-quality black grey aluminium sliding doors. The flat roof has generous triple glazed frameless rooflights. Materials have been kept to a clean palette of oak timber flooring, pale porcelain terrace tiles, white flush laminate kitchen units, glass splash backs and white walls and ceilings. The finished scheme has a delightful light and spacious feel.
